By booking with us you agree to honour our terms and conditions policy.

 

Appointments made are reserved especially for you. Due to the current global pandemic, you will be required to check in upon entering the salon by scanning our unique QR code. 

All booking Deposits are strictly Non-refundable and Non- transferable to any services. If you wish to cancel your appointment you will forfeit your deposit. We understand that things may come up however due to the complexity of our work and the time it takes to complete the procedure, we do require a period of 5 days notice if you wish to cancel or change your Cosmetic tattooing booking date/time. If you cancel within a 5 day period, do not show up or are unable to attend your initial or touch up appointment you will forfeit your appointment and/or deposit. Last minute cancellations or no shows with not be tolerated as we are an extremely busy salon. 

Please ensure you arrive on time for you scheduled appointment time. If you are 10 minutes late your appointment may automatically be listed as a no show and will be cancelled, a new deposit will need to be made to secure any future bookings. We run on a tight schedule, running even 5 minutes late can negatively impact our day and is unfair to us and other clients who are running on time.

Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone or reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. If you wish or need to reschedule your microblading appointment and you give us the minimal required notice time, we will hold your deposit for a period of 3 months only.

  You are also allowed 1 rescheduled booking, after 1 rescheduled booking you will forfeit your deposit. 

Be advised free touch ups are only valid for 12 weeks after having your initial procedure done. If you require more then 1 touch up due to poor healing or compromised after care or if you get your touch up done outside of the 12 week period an additional fee will incur.

24 hours notice is required for any appointment time that is 1 hour or under. If the appropriate time is not given for your cancellation a 50% charge of your service amount will need to be paid before we can book a future appointment for you. We may also ask for a deposit to secure any future bookings. 

Gift vouchers are strictly non refundable and non transferable.

 

Are results guaranteed?

​PLEASE NOTE: We do not have control over your body's natural healing process (healing is specific to each individual)

Healed results do vary according to your skins natural anatomy therefor we make no guarantees about how your brows will heal and the exact longevity of the pigment colour . You may require additional sessions for best results (at an additional charge).  Various factors affect healed results and we do our best to provide you with the best service at the highest quality.  Please understand that this is not a permanent procedure, touch up work is required to keep your strokes and brows looking fresh.
